Will you poach or upsell my customer?

No. The non-solicit is explicit and in the partner agreement: we never pitch or recommend a competing service to a customer you sent us. Your relationship stays yours.

They pay you, not me. Am I just losing them?

No. You earn a commission, you stay informed through status reports, and we send them straight back to you once the work is done.

How fast will my customer be looked after?

We respond the same business day, a target we owe to you as the referring partner, not just to the customer.

Do I have to commit to volume?

No. Zero commitment. Refer one customer or fifty; the terms are exactly the same.
